Hello December! Coffee Lovers

What an exciting time of year, especially for coffee lovers! I love flavored coffee so I was super excited when I found out that the Holiday Edition — K-cups (and coffee) were out for the season.

Took a trip to Bed, Bath, & Beyond and they had the Holiday Edition pack with: Golden French Toast, Spicy Egg Nog, and Gingerbread. I don’t have a favorite just yet, but I can’t wait to try them all. I purchased Pumpkin Spice back before Thanksgiving and I like those! Picking up some Mocha Mint Cappuccino today, because I absolutely love the Peppermint Mocha flavor!

You can’t forget to pick up your tin of Danish butter cookies during holiday season! I remember these from when I was a little girl. My Gran Gran use to keep these around. I found them last year after not having them for almost two decades and ’bout went into a state of shock! lol

Monday Grind…Coffee Time!

It’s not just Monday, but it’s the Monday after the Magic City Classic Weekend!!! All of my family was in town to join in on the festivities (almost all of them are Alabama State alumni) so you know we had a blast! Post/pics coming soon.

As the struggle continues, it was a MUST that I have coffee. Well I ran across Cameron’s Coffee (Single Serve) at Wal-mart last week. I was a little hesitant about trying them because I wasn’t quite sure if I’d like it or if they would fit in my Keurig. But to my surprise they worked perfectly, taste great (Breakfast Blend), and the K-cups were half the price of most K-cups you find in the stores or online. They also work with other Single Serve brewers.

So happy I found these, so with that being said coffee mugs up! Happy Monday!

My Café Escape

I was a little chilly this morning (and last night) so I decided to take advantage of the Keurig since I don’t know how long this weather will last! I decided to try out one of my new samples I received from Café Escapes via a trivia contest! I won this sample pack about 3 months ago, but I just received them last week. I guess I shouldn’t complain, because they were FREE!

I already have Café Mocha, which I love! My sample pack included Café Vanilla and Café Caramel. I guess you can see below which one I went with. Very good and the perfect warm-me-upper! Thank you Café Escapes!!!

Mondays Are Much Easier With Keurig

Monday’s are always hard, especially starting a new work week. I don’t know about you, but I’m already thinking about the weekend! Whether you are a stay-at-home mom/dad, own your own business, or go to a 9-5 — getting past that hump makes the week go by much faster!

I MUST have coffee to start off my Monday. I was so excited when my husband surprised me with a Keurig last week! I talked about getting one for the longest. I guess he was listening! Lol When I tell you it’s the best thing since sliced bread…I mean it! I make coffee, iced coffee, tea, and my newest venture — quick frappucinos!

So…I take this sip in preparation of an awesome week!
